The reason being is temp agencies look for employees that are reliable. If you prove yourself to be someone who consistently shows up to jobs on time and performs well, you may be considered for a job that offers permanent employment. However, if you sign up for more than one hr consulting facility, you may have to turn down one job to get another-the agency that is continuously put off will they will see you as unreliable and cease to use you. In time, you may run out of job pools to utilize.
